1902 Griffis & Browlett Birmingham Candle Lamp Lantern Ship Antique Edwardian

Hinged top with lockable latch, hinged glazed door, 6 glazed side panels, single candle holder in the center of the base

Made in 1902 by Griffis & Browlett of Birmingham, the renowned tinsmith

Appears to be rare and scarce, I have been unable to find another example the same anywhere online

Completely original including the glass, and apart from a quick dusting over and cleaning of the glass it is completely unrestored

Approximate Size: H 41 cm x W 20 cm (Height including the handle 48cm)

Weight: 3 kg

Condition: Has some broken / cracked / chipped glass slides (these could either be replaced or left as is) and has clear signs of age and use all around, has had a solder repair to the top right corner of the door frame. However overall the item is structurally sound and in a good original condition. Please see images for accurate condition
