This is folio containing a 19th century manuscript written in shorthand and a early 20th Century Newspaper cuttings scrapbook

The first 73 pages contain text written in Pitmans Shorthand, seemingly from 1882, with the odd newspaper cutting pasted in here and there

The next 56 pages contain various newspaper cuttings from the early 20th Century (Images coming soon)

The following 21 pages contain another smaller shorthand section of text and a contents page for the clippings section (Images coming soon)

At the back is a some more news paper clippings and a photo of a man with a section of text about him (Images coming soon)

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could translate any of the Shorthand or provide any insights
